If you are not completely satisfied with your USCG plaque, simply send the plaque back to us within 30 days (must be in good condition and in its original packaging). You must first obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturers Authorization) Number before returning your plaque.

Original packing slip or copy of invoice, as well as RMA number, must be included in your shipment.

As soon as your plaque arrives, we will refund the full amount of your purchase price minus shipping costs to your credit card or, if you prefer, we will mail a refund check to you.

Please be aware that items do tend to get lost in the mail, therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship your carrier back to us with some form of delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
